Information and Policies Regarding Insurance

Cigna, Aetna, and Georgia Medicaid accepted - see provider information for provider specifics.
A $175.00 non-refundable administrative fee for all psychological testing clients who intend to utilize insurance benefits is due at time of scheduling (see below for additional information).
Insurance co-pay/deductible payment is due at time of service.
All other fees must be paid in advance or at time of service.
All other insurance claims must be filed directly by the client.
A receipt will be provided for clients to file insurance claims directly.
Most insurance companies will not provide payment for services rendered by a student counselor, unlicensed counselor, or LAPC working under supervision.
Not all providers accept all insurance carriers listed here.
We DO NOT ACCEPT CareSource, Molina Health Care, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, BC/BS, Alliant, and others.

Policies Regarding Payment

Payment for therapy is due at the time of service.
Payment for psychological evaluations is required at the first assessment session.

+$400/additional hour over 6 hours of clinician involved time to address referral question

Non-refundable administrative fee for clients using insurance for testing:

A non-refundable administrative fee is due at the time of booking for all psychological testing clients who intend to utilize insurance benefits is due at time of scheduling to cover administrative costs associated with insurance verification, preauthorization, billing management, insurance communications, and the purchase of updated, standardized testing materials required to maintain the quality of our psychological evaluations, as well as clinical assessment questionnaires for parents and teachers not covered by insurance.

Other Fees:

Telephone Consultation/Contact with Existing Clients $20 per 5 minutes

for calls in excess of 10 minutes in length (i.e., a 12-minute call will incur a charge of $60.00)

Completion of Forms $10 per page

for forms not presented for completion in conjunction with and during a session.

A 4% fee is added to all credit card payments
