Information and Policies Regarding Insurance

Amerigroup, Cigna, and Georgia Medicaid accepted - see provider information for provider specifics.
Well Care, CareSource, and PeachState are NOT accepted.
Insurance co-pay/deductible payment is due at time of service.
All other fees must be paid in advance or at time of service.
All other insurance claims must be filed directly by the client.
A receipt will be provided for clients to file insurance claims directly.
Most insurance companies will not provide payment for services rendered by a student counselor, unlicensed counselor, or LAPC working under supervision.
Not all providers accept all insurance carriers listed here.

Policies Regarding Payment

Payment for therapy is due at the time of service.
Payment for psychological evaluations is required at the first assessment session.

Telephone Consultation/Contact with Existing Clients $20 per 5 minutes

for calls in excess of 10 minutes in length (i.e., a 12-minute call will incur a charge of $60.00)

Credit Card Fees

A 3% to 4% fee is added to all credit card payments
